• Venue Finding Service searching over 70 venues and negotiating rates and availability
• Bid Documents we will provide you with a detailed bid document highlighting all the venues available and destination and travel information. We are happy to provide multiple copies if required.
• Bid Presentation we will be delighted to present our bid to the associations conference committee
• Meet & Greet We will escort the conference committee on site inspections, extending true Cheshire hospitality with complimentary train tickets and accommodation

• Promotional Materials we can provide images, leaflets, posters, maps...

Once Chester & Cheshire is selected as the destination for the conference we can offer the following services:

• FREE Delegate Accommodation Booking Service We will negotiate accommodation rates, manage the accommodation on your behalf, provide access to a bespoke on-line booking service.
• Event Planner we can devise an event planner and agree timescales by which activities should be completed (request for papers, delegate packs, audio visual tenders...)
• Event Management* from on site registrations to full event management
• Leisure & Partner Programmes* from 2 hours to a full week, we will devise a bespoke itinerary based around the exact interests of your group. Once you have agreed the itinerary in principle, we can cost it, book it and print of itineraries
• Welcome Desk * we can provide a manned Welcome Desk at your conference to assist your delegates with local information, tourist guides, maps, restaurant guides, accommodation and travel enquiries.
• Civic Reception * we can work with you to apply for a hosted Civic Reception
